NIRMA Celebrates Sixth Anniversary by Honoring Key Supporters and Members

Kathmandu – The Nepal Insurance and Risk Management Association (NIRMA) celebrated its sixth anniversary by honoring individuals and organizations that have significantly contributed to its growth and success.

At a special ceremony held in Kathmandu, the Chairman of Nepal Insurance Authority, Sharad Ojha, presented tokens of appreciation to longstanding NIRMA members and representatives of various organizations that have supported NIRMA’s programs and initiatives over the years.

The event was chaired by NIRMA Chairman Dr. Rabindra Ghimire, with Chairman Ojha serving as the chief guest. During his address, Ojha praised NIRMA’s role in strengthening professional development and promoting sound risk management practices within Nepal’s insurance industry.

Also in attendance were Sushil Dev Subedi, Executive Director of Nepal Insurance Authority; Poshak Raj Poudel, Chairman of Life Insurance Association Nepal (JEBISAN); and Birendra Baidwar Chhetri, Chairman of Nepal Insurers’ Association. The event brought together key figures from across the insurance and risk management sectors, reflecting NIRMA’s growing influence and collaborative approach.
