Himalayan Everest Insurance Urges Insured to Submit Pending Documents for Claim Settlement
Kathmandu – Himalayan Everest Insurance Limited has issued a public notice urging policyholders to promptly submit pending documents necessary for claim settlements.
According to the company, several claim applications submitted over different periods remain incomplete due to missing documentation. In some instances, the insured parties have not followed up or remained out of contact, further delaying the claim process.
The insurer has warned that if the required documents are not submitted within the next seven days, the respective claim files will be closed.
Policyholders with such pending claims are advised to visit the company’s central office or any of its branch offices to complete the necessary formalities.
