Board permission to expulsion 5 billion bonds to Kumari Bank
Kathmandu : The Securities Board of Nepal (Sebon) has granted permission to issue bonds to additional one bank. The board has allowed Kumari Bank Limited to issue bonds worth five billion rupees.
With Sebon’s permission, Kumari Bank will now issue a bond called ‘KBLM Debenture 2090’ with a total of 500,000 units at a nominal rate of Rs 1,000.Out of the total units of this bond, the bank will sell 300,000 units individually and the remaining 2000,000 units will be publicly issued.
Nabil Investment Banking is the sales manager for this bond of Kumari Bank. This is a 10 year term loan from Kumari Bank.Investors will get 10 percent annual interest on this.
