Nepal Life’s founder shares on sale from 17th of December, What is the minimum price?

Kathmandu : Application can be made for the auction of founder shares of Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited from 17th of December, 2023 A.D. The company has auctioned 523 thousand 112 shares owned by Prudential Capital Management Company Pvt Ltd.

The minimum price of the shares is fixed at Rs.400 per share. The existing founder or anyone else who is interested in purchasing the shares must submit a confidential sealed bid by quoting a competitive price. Buyers can apply for a minimum of 50,000 shares and a maximum of the entire number of shares.

Investors have to apply to Sales Manager NIC Asia Capital Limited, Thapathali, Kathmandu by 22nd of December by stating the number of shares they want to buy and their price along with necessary documents.
