Kathmandu: IME Life Insurance Company Limited has selected two people namely Sitaram Thapa and Sandeep Chhetri as members of the Board of Director
The decision of the board of directors’ meeting elected them to the vacant directorship on 20th of December, 2023 A.D.
On behalf of the founding group, IGI Prudential Insurance (former IME General Insurance) and Global IME Bank withdrew their representatives from the company’s board of directors, and 2 directorships were vacant.
