Who have investment in Nepal Insurance Company? And how much is their investment ?

Kathmandu: According to the annual report of the year 2079/80 B.S (2023 A.D) presented at the 75th Annual General Meeting of Nepal Insurance Company Limited, the share ownership of directors is 8,414 shares and the ownership of officers is 2,507 shares.

According to the report, on behalf of the directors, Chandrasingh Saud owns 2,824 shares and Sabita Shrestha Joshi owns 5,590 shares.

Likewise, on behalf of the officers, 21 shares are owned by Chief Manager Gokarna Prasad Khatiwada, 2,233 shares are owned by Chief Manager Hariharmansingh Basnet and 253 shares are owned by Senior Manager Samundra K.C.

In addition, the company said that the directors and officers of the company did not buy and sell any shares, but they received the shares as a bonus.
