Agricultural Development Bank’s general meeting will be held on 13th March

Kathmandu : The 17th annual general meeting of Krishi Bikas Bank Limited (Agricultural Development Bank) will be held on Wednesday, 13th of March, 2024 A.D. The meeting of the board of directors of the bank held on 19 February 2024 has been convened at the central training institute of the bank, Bode, Bhaktapur at 11 am.

The bank has not included any agenda related to dividend in the meeting. The assembly will discuss and approve the financial statement including the annual report of the last financial year, balance sheet, profit and loss, changes in equity, cash flow etc.

Likewise, the bank’s subsidiary company, fund management company and Compost Gas Company will approve the integrated financial statement with the financial statement of the previous year and appoint an auditor for the current year and determine the remuneration.

Likewise, if there is a need to amend the articles of association and regulations in accordance with the prevailing law, or if there is an instruction from the regulatory body to make amendments, according to board of directors will be authorized to central committee.

For the propose of meeting the bank has decided to close the book from 17th February to 13th march. According to the permanent shareholders in NEPSE till 17th February to 28 will be eligible to attend the meeting.
