Mahila Laghubitta’s a general meeting of has completed

Kathmandu : The 6th Annual General Meeting of Mahila Laguvitta Women’s Microfinance Financial Sanstha Limited has been completed. The general meeting has re-elected as well as Tara Kunwar, Iman Singh Gurung, Subhash Jamraktel and Maya Bhandari unopposed to the board of directors from the founders.

The assembly has discussed and passed the report of the financial year 2079/80 presented by the chairman Tara Kunwar on behalf of the board of directors. In the assembly, the auditor’s report including the balance sheet up to the end of 2080 and the profit and loss account and cash flow statement of the financial year 2079/80 have been discussed and passed.

In the same way, in accordance with section 63 of the Bank and Financial Institutions Act 2073 and section 111 of the Companies Act 2073, the Assembly has passed a resolution to appoint an external auditor and determine the remuneration and benefits in accordance with the recommendations of the audit committee for the financial year 2080/81.
