Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Limited Announces 8th AGM on March 21

Kathmandu – Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Limited has scheduled its 8th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Friday, March 21. The company’s board of directors, in a meeting held on February 27, decided to hold the AGM at Anmol Banquet, Naya Baneshwar, at 11 AM.

The meeting will approve a resolution for the distribution of 1.2489% bonus shares and an 8% cash dividend (including tax) on paid-up capital. As the capital will increase after the issuance of bonus shares, the agenda also includes amending the company’s articles of association and regulations, approving expenses, and granting authority to the board of directors.

Additionally, the AGM will review and pass the financial statements along with the annual report of the previous fiscal year, appoint an auditor, and determine the auditor’s remuneration for the current year.

For the purpose of the AGM and dividend distribution, the company has announced a book closure on March 10. Only shareholders holding shares until March 9 will be eligible to participate in the meeting and receive the dividend.
