Nepal Life Insurance to Resume Postponed Director Election

Kathmandu – Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited is set to resume the postponed director election for general shareholders (Group B) on March 15.
The election was initially scheduled during the company’s 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on February 10 but was postponed, while other proposals were passed. The company’s board of directors, in a meeting held on March 5, decided to proceed with the remaining election process.
The election will take place at Hotel Vishuwa in Birgunj, Parsa, starting at 9 AM on Saturday.
