Prabhu Mahalakshmi Life Insurance Announces Founder Shares for Sale

Kathmandu – Prabhu Mahalakshmi Life Insurance Company Limited has announced the sale of 274,201 founder shares, registered under the names of five different founder shareholders.

The company had initially offered these shares to its existing founder shareholders. However, after the shares remained unsold, the company has now invited the general public to purchase them.

Interested investors are required to submit their applications at the company’s central office in Kamaladi, Kathmandu within the next seven days
