Citizen Life to Hold AGM, Proposes 26.98% Bonus Shares
Kathmandu — Citizen Life Insurance Company Limited has announced that its annual general meeting (AGM) will be held on Chaitra 15 (March 28) at Amrapali Banquet, Bhatbhateni, Naxal, Kathmandu. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m.
The company has proposed a distribution of 26.98% bonus shares and a 1.42% cash dividend (after tax) for its shareholders. The AGM will also review and seek approval for the company’s annual report, profit and loss account, and cash flow statement.
Citizen Life has its book closure on Falgun 28 (March 12) for the purpose of the meeting. Only shareholders recorded as of Falgun 27 (March 11) will be eligible to receive the proposed dividend.
