Neco Insurance Opens Auction for Promoter Shares

Kathmandu — Neco Insurance Limited has announced the auction of 600,000 units of promoter shares, open for purchase by the general public. The minimum price for each share has been set at Rs 260.

Interested buyers must apply to purchase the entire lot of shares. Applications will be accepted from today, Chaitra 15 (March 28) to Chaitra 29 (April 11). Application forms are available at the office of the sales manager, Machhapuchhre Capital Limited, located at JDA Complex, Bagdurbar, Kathmandu.
