Emil Pradhan Appointed as Director of Nepal Reinsurance Company
Kathmandu — Nepal Reinsurance Company Limited has announced the appointment of Emil Pradhan as a new member of its board of directors. The decision was made during the company’s board meeting held on Baisakh 2 (April 15).
Pradhan steps into the role following the resignation of former director Anita Rayamajhi Tandon, who stepped down citing personal reasons. The board acknowledged her resignation and extended its appreciation for her service to the company.
According to the company, Pradhan will serve as director until the next general meeting, as per the provisions of the company’s regulations.
