Citizen Life Pays NPR 753.67 Million in Claims in Nine Months
Kathmandu — Citizen Life Insurance Company Limited has paid a total of NPR 753.67 million in insurance claims to policyholders during the first nine months of the fiscal year 2025/26.
According to the company, the payments were made in response to claims submitted by insured individuals over this period. In March to April alone, Citizen Life disbursed claims worth NPR 102.39 million.
As claim settlement is a key service provided to policyholders and their families, timely payment is considered one of the company’s core responsibilities. Citizen Life stated that it has been consistently settling claims promptly through simple and efficient processes after receiving applications.
