Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Holds Branch Managers’ Conference, Honors Top Performers

Kathmandu — Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Limited has concluded its four-day Branch Managers’ Conference in Chitwan, bringing together branch leaders and senior management to review performance, outline future strategy, and recognize outstanding employees.

Held from July 30 to August 2, the conference focused on reviewing the company’s performance in the fiscal year 2025/26, formulating strategies for FY 2026/27, honoring top-performing regional heads, branch managers, branches, and employees, and providing professional development through a business growth training program.

Chief Executive Officer Santosh Prasai inaugurated the event by lighting the ceremonial lamp. Addressing participants, he said the company had achieved stronger business growth in FY 2025/26 compared with the previous fiscal year. He also outlined the company’s strategic priorities for the new fiscal year and encouraged employees to pursue the new business targets with confidence.

Around 200 participants, including members of the management team, regional heads, branch managers, and sales executives from across the country, attended the conference. The company presented special awards to outstanding regional heads, branch managers, sales executives, and other high-performing employees for their contributions during FY 2025/26.

The conference also featured a training session on “Power of Mindset for Business Growth” conducted by motivational trainer Acharya Raj Babu Shah, aimed at strengthening participants’ professional and leadership capabilities.

Speaking at the event, Deputy Chief Executive Officer Kishor Prasad Lamichhane said the company should build on past experience and continuously improve its operations to achieve even greater success in the coming years.

Son Bahadur Magar, Deputy General Manager and National Sales Head, presented the company’s business strategy for FY 2026/27 and highlighted its key priorities for sustained growth.
