Pakistan’s New Ambassador Formally Takes Up Post in Kathmandu

Kathmandu — Pakistan’s newly appointed Ambassador to Nepal, Mohammad Aamir Khan, formally began his diplomatic mission after presenting his Letter of Credence to Nepal’s President in Kathmandu.

Delivering greetings from Pakistan’s leadership, the envoy said Islamabad was ready to deepen its long-standing ties of friendship and cooperation with Nepal.

The presentation of credentials is the formal step that confirms an ambassador’s authority to represent his country. It was described as a significant milestone in advancing the warm and cordial relations between the two nations.
