Reliable Nepal Life Names Top Three Agents for Fiscal Year 2081/82
Kathmandu – Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited has announced its top-performing agents for the fiscal year 2081/82, recognizing the outstanding contributions of Baburam Adhikari, Gayatri Sedhai, and Geeta Nepal. These three individuals have emerged as the highest achievers among thousands of agents across the country, playing a pivotal role in expanding the company’s reach and reinforcing its commitment to insuring lives across Nepal.
Baburam Adhikari, representing the Jhapa and Bhadrapur branches, has been named the company’s top agent nationwide. With a strong track record in the life insurance sector, Adhikari has consistently demonstrated professionalism, strategic business planning, and a deep understanding of client needs. His performance over the past fiscal year, marked by high-value policy issuance through both personal and team efforts, earned him the top spot. He has also been selected for the company’s prestigious Reliable Mega Star Club and holds the distinction of being the first agent from Reliable Nepal Life to qualify for the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) 2026, marking his fifth MDRT qualification.
Adhikari, who previously worked with Asian, Prime, and Sun Nepal Life Insurance before joining Reliable Nepal Life, attributes his success to perseverance, honesty, and a strong sense of purpose. He emphasized the importance of focusing on underserved rural areas to drive inclusive growth in the life insurance sector.
Securing second place is Gayatri Sedhai from Lamjung. Known for her dedication and field-level engagement, Sedhai has made significant inroads in expanding life insurance awareness and coverage across her home district and other regions. Her achievement highlights the growing influence and leadership of women in Nepal’s insurance landscape.
Coming in third is Geeta Nepal, affiliated with the Thankot branch in Kathmandu. She has consistently demonstrated high performance in individual code-based business, maintaining her top-tier standing for a second consecutive year. Her work has contributed to increasing insurance coverage in the Kathmandu Valley and beyond.
