MetLife Nepal Honors Top-Performing Agents for Q1 2025

Kathmandu — MetLife Nepal organized a Synergy Meet to recognize and reward its best-performing agents for their outstanding contributions in delivering continuous financial security to customers during the first quarter of 2025.

At the event, agents who achieved remarkable results in the field were specially honored. The agent with the highest number of sales for MetLife’s recently launched insurance plan, Double Protection Plus, received special recognition. Similarly, the top agency that significantly expanded the company’s digital reach by registering the most customers on the One by MetLife app was also awarded.

The ceremony brought together agents, unit managers, agency managers, and other representatives from across the country. The awards were presented by MetLife Nepal Vice President and General Manager Nirmal Kaji Shrestha, Chief Distribution Officer Arun Bahadur Basnet, and Agency Director Anindra Raj Shrestha.

Speaking at the event, company representatives highlighted the dedication, hard work, and customer-focused service of the agents, noting that the Synergy Meet serves as a key platform for inspiring and motivating the field force to achieve greater milestones.
