Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Honors Top-Performing Agents and Managers

Kathmandu — Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Limited’s Thankot Branch organized a grand honor and motivation program on Saturday to recognize agents, club members, and agency managers who achieved outstanding business performance in the fiscal year 2081/82. The event was held at Drishya Hotel, Kalanki, Kathmandu, with participation from the company’s senior management and over 100 agents and agency managers.

The program was chaired by Regional Manager Yama Pokharel, with Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Narayan Babu Lohani as the chief guest and Deputy CEO Dipesh Babu Tiwari as the special guest. Assistant General Manager Shailendra Shrestha and Chief Manager Yubaraj Sharma Gyawali were also present as special guests.

Among the honorees, Agency Manager Sharmila Belbase received special recognition for securing the ‘Triple Millionaire’ title, ranking second nationwide among agents, first in Kathmandu Province, and first in the Thankot Branch. MDRT and Millionaire Agency Manager Deepak Pokharel, Millionaire Agency Manager Gita Nepal, MDRT Senior Agency Manager Sumitra Maharjan Adhikari, and Megha Star agents Durga Devi Nepal and Anu Aryal Timilsina were also honored for their exceptional achievements.

Branch Chief Arjun Khanal, in his welcome speech, highlighted the significant contribution of agents to the branch’s success and outlined the targets and strategies for fiscal year 2082/83. Chief Manager Sharma also delivered motivational training to inspire greater success in the coming year.

Senior Agency Manager Ashish Shrestha conducted the program, which, according to participants, infused new energy and motivation among the agents. Attendees expressed commitment to achieving even higher milestones in the next fiscal year.
