Central Bank Urged to use New Notes Carefully

Kathmandu : Along with the distribution of new notes, the National Bank has also requested to use bank notes carefully. Central Bank had also made arrangements for new note banks targeting Dashain. 18 thousand 500 rupees per person in the form of 5, 10, 20, 50 and 100 new notes were arranged.

With the aim of ensuring that only clean and dry banknotes come into circulation, the Central Bank has adopted a policy of using clean banknotes. The Central Bank has said, ‘As notes are the identity of our civilization, it is the duty of all of us to use notes carefully.’
