Crest Micro Life Insurance Appoints Binod Narsingh Shrestha as Independent Director

Kathmandu – Crest Micro Life Insurance Company Limited has appointed Binod Narsingh Shrestha as its new independent director. The decision was taken during the company’s 39th board meeting, held on the afternoon of Kartik 23 (November 10), to fill the currently vacant position.
According to the company, Shrestha’s appointment as an independent director was made in accordance with the company’s regulations and the provisions set by the Insurance Authority of Nepal.
