Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Declares 10.178% Cash Dividend

Kathmandu: Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Company Limited has announced a cash dividend of 10.1780 percent (including tax) to its shareholders.
The decision was made during the company’s board of directors’ meeting held on Mangsir 29. The dividend will be distributed from the retained earnings of the last fiscal year, based on the company’s current paid-up capital.
The proposed dividend will be payable to shareholders after receiving approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority and endorsement at the company’s upcoming annual general meeting (AGM).
