Guardian Micro Life Holds Third Annual General Meeting

Kathmandu – Guardian Micro Life Insurance Limited has successfully held its third Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 14, 2082 BS.

The meeting took place at Hotel Airport, Biratnagar, Morang, under the chairmanship of Company Chairman Udip Shrestha. During the AGM, shareholders approved a proposal to issue right shares in a 1:1 ratio based on the company’s current paid-up capital of NPR 750 million.

The AGM also discussed and endorsed the company’s financial statements for the previous fiscal year, including the annual report, auditor’s report, balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and cash flow statement.

In addition, shareholders approved the proposal to appoint an auditor for the current fiscal year and to determine the auditor’s remuneration.
