Special Help Desk of Citizen Life in Jajarkot, Preparing to Pay Insurance Claims as soon as Possible
Kathmandu : Citizen Life Insurance has prepared a special help desk in Jajarkot, an earthquake affected area. The company said that a special assistance room has been prepared for the payment of life insurance claims as soon as possible in difficult times.
The company has published a notice and informed that it has taken steps to provide the necessary support for the quick and effective rescue of the injured and will take all possible steps to help further. Also, in this difficult time, the company has requested all employees and agents to provide all the necessary assistance including insurance claims from their respective areas, at the time of disaster regarding the payment of life insurance claims.
The company expressed its heartfelt condolences to those who lost their lives in the earthquake of 6.4 magnitude that occurred on Friday 3rd of November (17th Kartik) at 11:47 pm, with the epicenter at jajarkot VDC-1, Ramidanda, Jajarkot District, Karnali Province, and wished for the full recovery of the injured.
