Nepal Life announced the Agent Incentive Scheme for the month of January

Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited has introduced Agent Incentive Scheme for the current financial year 2023.024. The company has introduced five incentive plans for the month of January to provide incentives to agents.

The company has said that agents will be included in the schemes based on the first insurance fee of Rs.55,000 to Rs.4 lakh. In addition, if the agents earn a new business worth Rs.1 lakh each, a cash incentive of Rs.1,000 or a visit will be provided in the ‘Nepal Life Windchitter or Picnic’ incentive.

Similarly, the company has arranged 50% of Bardia National Nikunj travel expenses or Rs.4,000 in cash for successful agents to acquire a new business worth Rs.2 lakh and 75% of Bardia National Nikunj travel expenses or Rs.6,500 in cash for agents doing business worth Rs.3 lakh.

In addition, the company said that an additional incentive of 2 thousand rupees will be provided to the insurance agents who earn more than 4 lakh rupees for each first insurance fee.
