Sanima Reliance Life general meeting has completed

Kathmandu : Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Annual General Meeting has been completed. The sixth annual general meeting of the company was held at Amrapali Banquet at Bhatbhateni, Naxal, Kathmandu.

The assembly of the company has passed the annual report of the board of directors for the financial year 2022.23, the auditor’s report for the financial year 2022-23 of Sanima Reliance Life Insurance company. Similarly, the assembly has also passed the agenda for the appointment, also remuneration of auditors for the financial year 2022/23.

The company had proposed a dividend to its shareholders this year. But, agenda of dividend was not passed so shareholders may not able to get dividend by own shareholders.

Similarly, 6 directors have been elected in the board of directors, 4 people representing the founder group and 2 people representing the general public. The company had closed the book on 11 January for the purposes of the general meeting.
