Sanima Reliance Life Chairman Ratan Lal Kedia took an Oath

Kathmandu : Sanima Reliance Life Chairman Ratan Lal Kedia has taken the oath of position and confidentiality from Nepal Insurance Authority Chairman Surya Prasad Silwal organizing a program.

Kedia was elected as the chairman in the first meeting of the board of directors held after the annual general meeting of the company that was held on 25th of January 2024 A.D. According to the Institutional Governance Guidelines, there is a provision that the Chairman of the company shall take the oath of office and confidentiality from the chairman of the insurance authority.
