Insurance claim payment provided by LIC Nepal

Gorkha Branch of Life Insurance Corporation of Nepal has paid the death claim to the insured’s family. The death claim was paid to the family of late Fhatta Bahadur Ranamagar of Gorkha Municipality-10 Birinchok.

Rana Magar’s wife Man Kumari Rana Magar was handed over a death claim cheque of Rs.340,000 for insurance coverage by LIC Nepal’s Gorkha branch Mr. Naveen Pandey.

Rana Magar passed away a few months ago due to problems related to sugar pressure. He had life insurance of 200 thousand rupees in LIC 10 years ago. Speaking at the death claim payment program, Naveen Pandey, Head of Gorkha Branch of LIC Nepal, said that life insurance means savings and security, so that the family will be financially comfortable even after death. Therefore, he said that it would be better to invest 20 to 30 percent of the earned income in insurance. Similarly, Buddhi Bahadur Aryal, agency manager of Gorkha branch and Muhmad. Fazal Mia highlighted the importance and necessity of life insurance.
