Nepal Re-insurance Company will sell 3.5 million shares of 4 founders
Kathmandu : Nepal Re-insurance Company is going to sell 3.5 million shares. The company is going to sell 3 million 587 thousand 434 shares owned by the four founding shareholders from 20th of February, 2024 A.D (8th of Falgun, 2080 B.S).
2 million shares owned by IGI Prudential Insurance, 187 thousand 434 shares owned by Global IME Capital Limited, 650 thousand shares owned by Hathway Investment Nepal and 750 thousand shares owned by IME Limited is in the above mentioned list.
The application can be made at a face value of 280 rupees per founder share. The existing founder shareholders who are interested in the shares can apply till 25th of March, 2024 A.D (12th of Chaitra, 2080 B.S). At the time of applying, there is a provision to demand a minimum of 187,434 shares for the purchase of shares owned by Global IME Capital Limited and a minimum of 2 million shares for the purchase of shares owned by IGI Prudential Insurance.
The company said that the bid application form can be obtained from the Sales Manager Global IME Capital Limited, Naxal, Kathmandu by paying Rs 500 in cash.
