Life Insurances Companies Business have increases 5%, than the Government-Owned companies
Kathmand : Life insurance companies have increases the total of insurance premium businesses by 5.13 percent in the month of Falgun month of 2080 B.S. Even in the midst of severe economic recession, life insurance companies have achieved a high increase in gross insurance fee income, according to issued statement the statistics of Insurance Authority.
According to statistics, the growth rate percentage of National Life, Asian Life, Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life, Reliable Nepal Life and Himalayan Life has increased by double digits.
Compared to last fiscal year, National Life’s business has increased by 13.11 percent, while Asian Life’s business has grown by of 12.39 percent. Similarly, Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life has increased its business by 12.37 percent and Reliable Nepal Life’s business has increased by 11.65 percent.
Similarly, in the list of life insurance companies that have succeeded in increasing their business, Nepal Life’s business has increased by 7.88 percent, IME Life’s by 7.76 percent, Met Life’s by 7.18 percent, Citizen Life’s by 4.35 percent and SuryaJyoti’s by 4.02 percent.
Whereas, the business of Government-owned, Rastriya Jeevan Beema Company has decreased by 22.38 percent.
