Last Day to Secure Citizen Life Insurance’s Dividend
Kathmandu – Citizen Life Insurance Company Limited is set to close its books on March 12 for the purposes of its annual general meeting (AGM) and dividend distribution. As a result, only shareholders listed until today will be eligible to participate in the company’s meeting and receive dividends.
The company has proposed to distribute a 26.98% bonus share and a 1.42% cash dividend (for tax purposes) of the current paid-up capital.
The AGM is scheduled to take place on March 25 at Amrapali Banquet, Naxal, Kathmandu, starting at 11:00 AM. The meeting will seek approval for the proposed dividend and address other financial matters.
