Nepal Life Insurance Appoints Three New Directors

Kathmandu – Nepal Life Insurance has appointed Bimal Prasad Dhakal, Krishna Raj Lamichhane, and Sharmila Shrestha Maharjan as directors. The appointments were made following the decision of the company’s 25th Annual General Meeting, held on Chaitra 2 (March 15) at Hotel Vishwa, Birgunj.
In the 293rd meeting of the board of directors on the same day, the newly elected directors assumed office after taking the oath of office and secrecy from Chairman Govind Lal Sanghai, in accordance with the Insurance Act, 2079.
