Sanima Reliance Life Opens Sale of Promoter Shares to Public
Kathmandu- Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Limited has announced the open sale of 249,773 units of promoter shares to the general public, including promoter shareholders.
Initially, the company had offered these shares exclusively to its existing promoter shareholders. However, after the specified deadline passed without receiving any applications, the insurer has now extended the opportunity to a broader group of investors.
Interested buyers must submit their applications along with required documents at the company’s central office in Naxal, Kathmandu. The deadline for submission has been set for Ashad 14 (June 28).
