Kathmandu; Why the person blamed for corruption once is being helped by Ambassador of India  to get transfered on the most delicate department of Government, Ministry of Finance ?

May be this Government is also again going on old trend which is accepting all order of Indian’s Government. Here is the reason,Why?  It has been revealed that Prime Minister Prachanda stamped the decision made by the Indian Embassy in Kathmandu before flying to America.

Since sometime Indian Ambassador Navin Srivastava has been seen carrying Krishnahari Puskar, around secretary of the Prime Minister’s Office to get him transfered to Ministry of finance, which has now revealed that Council of Ministers chaired by Prime Minister Prachanda has signed and stamped on the decision of Indian Embassy for his transfer approval.Secretary Krishnahari Puskar, who earned infamy by corruption, corruption and exploitation of state funds, has succeeded in returning to the Ministry of Finance for the second time at the initiative of the Indian Embassy in Kathmandu.

Indian Ambassador to Nepal Sri Srivastava has been pressuring Prime Minister Prachanda to appoint Secretary of the Ministry of General Administration Krishnahari Puskar to the Ministry of Finance through various means.Although he was very emphatic at that time regarding Puskar, who caused trouble to the country when he was Finance Secretary earlier and was being transfered but Prime Minister Prachanda had stopped it. However, this time Prime Minister Prachanda erred by approving the transfer of the employee who was carried by the staff of the Indian embassy. However, this time Prime Minister Prachand blundered by approving the transfer of the employee who was carried by the staff of the Indian embassy.

The Indian Embassy had wanted to transfer Pushkar as a point person in the Ministry of Finance since last April, for their benifits but what it will never reveal. Nepali leaders, ministers and high-level employees had always played the role of Indian puppet since long time period.A member of the Council of Ministers has confirmed the transfer of Krishnahari Puskar to the Ministry of Finance from last Friday’s Council of Ministers meeting. However, Government Spokesperson Rekha Sharma hid the decision in the press conference held regarding the decision of the Council of Ministers as the transfer of Secretary Puskar was a controversial issue.

This kind of act by Prime Minister Prachanda Dahal shows that our government is still under Indian Administration.
