The Annual General Meeting of Nesdo Sambridha Microfinance was Held, and The Dividend Resolution was Passed

Kathmandu : The Annual General Meeting of Nesdo Samridha Microfinance Financial Institution has been completed on 13th October,2023 A.D. The general assembly of the company was held in the afternoon at Royal Kushma Resort, Kushma, Parbat.In the meeting, the company has passed a resolution to distribute 17.93 percent cash dividend including tax distributed to its shareholders from last year’s profits.Likewise, it has also passed a resolution to authorize the board of directors to perform merger or acquisition related actions with other appropriate microfinance institutions, to amend its charter and regulations.

The assembly has discussed and passed the annual report of the previous year and also passed a resolution to appoint an auditor for the current year and determine his remuneration.
