Last day i.e. 1st November, To Apply for Auction Shares of Synergy Power Development

Kathmandu :The last day to apply for the auction shares of Synergy Power Development is 1sst of November, 2023A.D.

The company had opened the sale of 50 percent rights to its shareholders in the ratio of 2:1 to the paid-up capital from August 20th to September 17th. During that time, 563 thousand 2 hundred and 61 shares of public group which were not sold were put up for sale through auction.

The minimum price of auctioned shares is Rs 100 per share. This means that the investor will have to negotiate a minimum price or more.
