Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance bought shares of Himalayan Bank

Kathmandu : Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance Company Limited has now become the founder shareholder of Himalayan Bank. The company became a shareholder after purchasing the bank’s founder shares.

Earlier, Sagarmatha Lumbini bought 141 thousand 116 shares in the name of Dharma Bhakta Malla, who was the founder shareholder of the bank.

Similarly, Rita Malla has purchased 15 lakh 90 thousand shares owned by Yashwasvika International Pvt.Similarly, out of Jasmine Tandukar’s 52,910 shares, Ashish Shrestha bought 1,000 shares and Ram Prasad Acharya bought 51,910 shares, according to the bank.
