National Life, Newroad branch provided a claim payment of 5.5 Million Rupees

Kathmandu: National Life Insurance Company has paid the claim to the dependent family of the insured. The company has paid the insurance claim of 5 Million 506 thousand 666 Rupees to the insured’s family.

According to the company, the insured Basanta Pun took life insurance on 4th of April 2022 A.D (21st of Chaitra 2078 B.S) at New Road branch of National Life. He had paid only 2 installments of insurance fee.

Insured Pun died prematurely due to a heart attack on 25th of November, 2023 A.D (9th of Mangsir, 2080 B.S). The company paid the claim to Pun’s family on 30th of December, 2023 A.D (14th of Paush, 2080 B.S), who died in a short period of his life due to fatal disease.

Nutan Raj Magar, head of the company’s New Road branch, handed over the claim amount cheque to the insured’s family.
