Citizens Bank has applied to the board to issue 3 million units of bonds
Kathmandu : Citizens Bank has asked the Nepal Securities Board Of Nepal (SEBON) for permission to sell bonds on 31st of January, 2024 A.D. The bank has sought permission to sell and issue a total of 3 Million units of bonds at a rate of Rs.1,000 per unit.
The company will sell 1.2 million units of bonds to the general public and 1.8 million units to other organizations on its own initiative. The bank is going to sell ‘Citizens Bank Debentures, 2090 B.S’ with an annual interest rate of 8.5 percent.
The term of the bond will be 10 years and the sales manager of the company is Himalayan Capital.
