Ramesh Bhattarai left Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life with a car and nearly Rs.15 Million
Kathmandu :The then CEO of Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life, Ramesh Bhattarai, left his job along with the VRS facility as well as a car.
Illegally appointed CEO Bhattarai left in the middle on the basis of morals rather than his tenure, but he decided to benefit himself as he went. According to the company, CEO Bhattarai received 20 months salary after working for 7 months.
Although Bhattarai has left the company, he has left with Voluntary Retirement Facility (VRS). An officer of the staff said that he left after taking 20 months salary of worth Rs 15 Million.
The company has opened VRS facility for other employees till 8th of February, 2024 A.D. The number of applications for the VRS facility opened by the company is increasing. According to Acting Chief Executive Officer Santosh Prasain, the VRS facility has been opened due to the increased number of employees in the company.
