Nearly 3.6 Million shares of Nepal Re-Insurance Company are on Sale

Kathmandu:  Nepal Reinsurance Company Limited has brought 3 million 587 thousand 434 shares owned by various companies through secret sealed bid for sale.

It includes 2 million shares of IGI Prudential, 187 thousand 434 shares of Global IME Capital, 750 thousand shares of IME Limited and 650 thousand shares of Hathway Investment.

Only existing founder shareholders can purchase the shares that are on sale from 20th of February, 2024 A.D (8th of Falgun, 2080 B.S). The minimum price of shares is set at Rs.280 per share. The applicant has to submit the bid after accepting the competitive price.

Interested existing founder shareholders should go to the office of Global IME Capital and submit a purchase application by 25th of March, 2024 A.D (12th of Chaitra, 2080 B.S) during office hours.
