Prabhu Insurance’s Dividend Announcement
Kathmandu. Prabhu Insurance Limited has decided to provide dividend to the shareholders from last year’s distributable profit. The meeting of the board of directors held on 20th of Falgun, 2080 B.S of the company took this decision.
The company has decided to distribute a total of 5% dividend which include the cash of 4.75% bonus and 0.25% tax on the paid-up capital of 1 billion 376 million 122 thousand 260 rupees.
The proposed dividend will be distributed to the shareholders after the approval of the regulatory body Nepal Insurance Authority and approval by the next general meeting.
