Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Puts Founder Group Shares Up for Sale

Kathmandu – Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Limited has announced the sale of 153,402 shares belonging to its founder group. Of the shares on sale, 120,780 belong to founder shareholder Saila Shrestha, 18,348 to Sunrise Holdings Pvt. Ltd., 12,078 to Sailesh Shrestha, and 2,196 to Anil Prasad Shrestha.

According to the company, only the existing founder shareholders are eligible to purchase these shares. Interested shareholders must submit their applications to the company’s head office in Kamaladi, Kathmandu.

The company has further stated that if sufficient applications are not received from the founder shareholders within the specified timeframe, the shares will be made available for sale to the general public.
