Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Announces Dividend for Shareholders
Kathmandu – Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Limited has announced a 9.2489% dividend for its shareholders for this year.
The company’s board of directors, in a meeting held on February 24, decided to distribute an 8% cash dividend and a 1.2489% bonus share from the accumulated profit of the last financial year. The dividend will be distributed based on the current paid-up capital.
The proposed dividend is subject to approval by the Nepal Insurance Authority and the company’s next annual general meeting (AGM). Once approved, shareholders will receive their respective payouts.
