Last Day to Apply for Nepal Micro Insurance Company’s IPO

Kathmandu – Today marks the final day for investors to apply for the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Nepal Micro Insurance Company, which has been open since February 23.

The company had received approval from the Nepal Securities Board to issue a total of 2.25 million shares at a face value of Rs 100 per share. Of these, 225,000 shares were allocated to Nepalese working abroad, 67,500 shares to company employees, and 112,000 shares to collective investment funds.

The remaining 1.845 million shares have been made available for the general public. Interested investors must apply within today’s banking hours. As per the guidelines, applicants can request a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 100,000 shares.
