Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance Urges Insured to Settle Pending Claims

Kathmandu – Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance Company Limited (Salico) has urged insured individuals to complete the process for receiving their claim payments for claims which were made till the end of Poush month (mid-January).

According to the company, the claim payment process has been delayed due to incomplete documentation in some claims and the inability to contact certain insured individuals or their representatives.

Salico has requested the affected insured to visit any of its offices or contact the concerned surveyor to settle their claims within 35 days. The company has clarified that failure to submit the required documents or establish contact within the specified deadline will result in the closure of the claim file.
