Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance Announces 15% Cash Dividend to Shareholders

Kathmandu — Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance Limited has declared a 15 percent cash dividend, including tax, from the profits of the previous fiscal year. The decision was made during a meeting of the company’s board of directors held on Chaitra 28 (April 10).
The proposed dividend will be distributed based on the company’s current paid-up capital and is subject to approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority, as well as endorsement by the company’s upcoming annual general meeting (AGM).
