The company, which officially began its life insurance services on Baisakh 11, 2064 BS (April 24, 2007), has completed 17 years in the industry.

Established under the name of SuryaJyoti Life Insurance, the company has grown into one of Nepal’s leading life insurance providers. In recent years, it has further strengthened its position through the successful merger of Surya Life and Jyoti Life, which began on 7th Poush 2079 BS (December 22, 2022). Following the merger, the unified entity has seen steady growth in its financial indicators and continues to compete strongly in the market.

Currently operating through 174 branch offices nationwide, SuryaJyoti Life offers simplified and efficient insurance services. The company has issued over 3.27 million insurance policies and boasts a robust network of 102,240 trained agents across the country.

The company with a paid-up capital of Rs. 5.1 billion and a life insurance fund of Rs. 39.4 billion, has invested Rs. 44 billion in various sectors. Its net worth stands at Rs. 6.3 billion.
