NEPSE Adjusts Share Price of Reliable Nepal Life Insurance for 12% Bonus Issue

Kathmandu – The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has adjusted the share price of Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Limited to account for the company’s recent 12 percent bonus share declaration.

Following the adjustment, the share price has been revised from the last traded price of Rs 506.99 on Sunday to Rs 452.67 per share.

Reliable Nepal Life Insurance had announced the 12 percent bonus shares as part of its capital restructuring plan, aimed at strengthening its financial base and enhancing shareholder value.
